About Slip Gaji
Slip Gaji, at malaysiasalary.com, helps employees in Malaysia understand how their salary turns into take-home pay. The site first launched in 2012 as a salary calculation guide and returned in 2026 with calculators that follow the current KWSP, PERKESO and LHDN rules.

What the calculators do not know
Results are estimates for a regular monthly salary. Bonuses, allowances, benefits in kind, zakat and reliefs you declare to your employer change the real figures. Your employer's payslip and LHDN remain authoritative.
Corrections and updates
When a figure on this site turns out to be wrong, or a rule changes, we fix it and record it here.
- 10 Oct 2026: the hourly minimum wage was shown as RM8.17. P.U.(A) 376 prints RM8.72 (RM1,700 x 12 / (52 x 45 hours)). Corrected on both minimum wage pages.
- 10 Oct 2026: removed an unsourced claim that banks count 5% of a credit card balance in DSR. Sources disagree, so the DSR page now says banks count cards differently.
- 10 Oct 2026: checked every SOCSO and EIS band against the official PERKESO Act 4 and Act 800 schedules. All bands matched.
- 10 Oct 2026: added LINDUNG 24 Jam (SKBBK) as an optional item. It has been voluntary for local employees since 8 Jul 2026, so payslip results do not deduct it unless you choose to include it.
- 10 Oct 2026: added the Budget 2027 announcement (RM2,000 minimum wage from June 2027) to the minimum wage pages. RM1,700 stays the legal minimum until the new Order is gazetted.
